Equilibrium Festival returns on Sunday 4 June, this time in Vilanova

The Equilibrium Festival returns this Sunday 4 June with its second holistic well-being event, and this year it is being held at the forward-thinking Neàpolis Innovation Centre in Vilanova i la Geltrú, just a few minutes walk from Vilanova train station.

The day will run from 10am until 7pm and offers a wealth of holistic practices from a range of skilled professionals from in and around the Garraf area, with over 20 taster workshops in Yoga, Qigong, dance, massage, energy work, nutrition, coaching, sound therapy, meditation and more. There will also be a specialised children’s studio with educational crafts and activities, led and hosted by the Catvana Learning Centre of Sant Pere de Ribes.

This year there will be a ‘Therapists Exhibition Space’ made up of local businesses and charities, with massage; Chinese medicine; coaching; access consciousness, cranio sacral therapy, kinesiology, aromatherapy, essential oils, tarot, and much more, with all offering demonstrations and educational practices on better ways to live in balance.

Visitors can have access to all of the activities by purchasing tickets in advance on Eventbrite. Children under 12 go absolutely free and can participate in the children’s space under specialised supervision whilst their parents enjoy the other areas. The event this year is co-organised by co-founder Lisa Life and co-organisers Carolyne Perron and Julien Moreau.
