What is the Sitges Gin Experience?
The world of gin is a colourful, multi-faceted place and we at the Sitges Gin Experience would like to help you explore it in all its glory! Naturally our very own, 13 botanical London Dry Gin, Paó de Sitges, will sit front and centre, but that’s not the only feather in our plumage.
Our shop will provide everything you might need, and then some, to ensure you enjoy our gin to the full. Be it tools to make the finest cocktails or exquisite glassware to accompany your gin, be it homeware and paraphernalia inspired by our peacock design, or products inspired by one of our botanicals such as lavender, rosemary and thyme, you will find it all here under one roof in the historic heart of Sitges.
And if we have piqued your interest enough, why not sign up for one of our workshops? Half the space is dedicated to us being able to teach you how gin is distilled, as well as facilitating you making your very own concoction on one litre copper alembic gin stills, self-selecting a blend of botanicals, naming your tipple and designing your own label all in the space of 2-3 hours or so.
We will be inviting a constantly evolving selection of guest bar tenders and cocteleros who will hold cocktail masterclasses as well as one-off events by experts from the gin and spirits industry, always accompanied by a variety of drinks, naturally!
And if your liver needs a rest from all the sipping and tasting and experimenting, look out for our guest workshops offering non-drinks based events from the worlds of arts, crafts and cooking. We also hope to host one off nights featuring talks and performances by guest speakers from the literary and arts world – watch this space.
So you see, this is no ordinary gin shop – this is the Sitges Gin Experience!
