Sitges has delivered 175 HPO ‘social homes’ for rent since 2021

Last week the tenants who have been awarded the 70 flats of HPO ‘social housing’ in Sitges received the keys to their new homes. This third promotion consists of four buildings, with 70 homes, on the corner of Lola Anglada 12-20, and Jacint Picas i Cardó, 4.

With this promotion of publicly rented housing, it means a total of 175 homes have been delivered in the three promotions that took place between 2021 and 2023. This third promotion included 6 homes for those aged under 35, as well as 10 one-bedroom single-family homes.

This promotion, like the other two, also allocated homes for people with disabilities, reduced mobility and low incomes. The development includes 70 parking spaces for cars, 30 spaces for motorcycles and 140 for bicycles, and a commercial premises has been included on the ground floor, with 153 spaces of parking for the establishment on the first floor of the parking lot.
