A wild boar visits the gardens in front of Miquel Utrillo school

Last Thursday, the presence of a wild boar around the Miquel Utrillo school in Sitges provoked the intervention of the Local Police and attracted the attention of dozens of onlookers.

The animal made its incursion into the urban plot not at night, as is usual, but in the middle of the afternoon, in broad daylight.

Its presence in the gardens in front of the school caused the attention of a local police patrol. The officers, who had to make several manoeuvres and use a whistle to prevent the animal from going down towards the Camí de la Fita, were able to chase it away, back in the direction from where it had supposedly come from, towards the wooded area behind the local rugby and football fields.
