Language academies in Sitges have grown by 500% since 2020

The refresher and language academies sector in Sitges has emerged stronger than ever since the pandemic.

Although many of the academies and schools were greatly affected by the Covid confinement and the subsequent restrictions, the rise of online communication via video calls has delivered a new strength to the sector, which in the case of Sitges has resulted in a 500% growth of centres since September 2020.

Even in September 2020, a slight upturn in the sector had been seen with the new academic year, but the most notable increase was seen from January this year, breaking the parameters and expectations that had existed until then.

Since overcoming the pandemic, many students have started to enrol in academies since they now require general revision and refresher courses, due to the difficulties of class tuition during the confinement.
