Local council plants over a hundred trees and plants in public spaces

The local council’s gardening brigade has been very busy during the last few weeks, planting and replanting over 100 trees and plants in several public spaces.

On the Passeig Marítim, on the sidewalk alongside the properties, 20 Tamarisk trees have been placed in spaces that had been left empty. This is the small tree that was already in place along this road, and now it has been decided to plant more of the same species.

Very close to the Passeig, in the Jardins de Terramar and the Carrer de Colom, around fifty aromatic plants typical of the Mediterranean and 25 wild plants have also been planted. Both areas are also covered with existing trees.
