Application process open to rent two offices at Sitges Creative Business Centre

Entrepreneurs interested in moving into one of the two vacant offices at the Centre d’Empresas Creatives (CdEC) in Sitges can apply online from 15 June until 15 July. The application process is via this link.

The Sitges Town Council’s department of economic promotion has opened the application process for office rental at the CdEC for start-ups with less than three years of experience, offering products or services dedicated to the creative field to contribute in the process of consolidating and, at the same time, boosting the town’s economy. Other requirements to be eligible are zero environmental impact and a business plan. The contract period to occupy an office is six months but can be extended up to three years.

At the end of the application period, a selection will be made from the different candidates who have applied. Entrepreneurs who are awarded an office will be able to start work in September.

For more information and advice on drawing up the business plan, entrepreneurs can email: serviciosempresa@sitges.cat, call 93 894 40 61 or contact the Centre for Economic Initiatives Level 10 in the Carrer Gabriel Pallarès, 12.

The Centre d’Empresas Creatives was inaugurated in 2011 and is located in the Sitges Design Centre, Avinguda de les Cases del Sord 3, in the Can Pei district of Sitges.

This facility is a business incubator aimed at the creativity sector and aims to facilitate the creation of new local companies that use culture, creativity and innovation in their activity.

Sitges Town Council offers a total of five offices of 15 m² for rent at a price of 125 euros + VAT, and with the possibility of sharing common services such as meeting rooms. This space also allows for the exchange and generation of ideas between companies.
