I am in Spain since late 2020, without enpadroment, as I am living only in Airbnb so I do not have the rent documents required. We feel trapped, with no chance to get vaccinated in here, and the situation is still problematic (3rd, 4th, 5th waves)

Will Spain remain one of the only European country not to vaccinate everyone?
Is there a reason why?
