Full moon guided tours at Sitges Museums this Sunday 18 August night

There’s a chance to see the iconic Maricel complex of the Sitges Museums like you’ve never seen it before this Sunday 18 August night, as part of their summer festival.

The Sitges Museums’ cultural festival, known as ‘Sitgestiu’, has been hosting a total of 37 very diverse events and activities for all tastes during the months of July and August, and with many events also in English.

On Sunday night the museums invite you to be ‘transported to its age of splendour and to discover its past’. You’ll hear the story of its creators, American collector Charles Deering, engineer and artistic promoter Miquel Utrillo, and sculptor Pere Jou – and then the tour will end in the cloister overlooking the sea, with the full moon taking centre stage.

The guided tours last around 90 minutes and take place from 21.30h in English on Sunday 18 August, from 22h in Spanish, and from 22.30h in Catalan. Click here for tickets, which are priced at €12.

You can click here to download a PDF of the Sitgestiu full programme, or click here for the full programme in English on the website of the Sitges Museums, where you will also find a link in English to buy tickets for each event.
