Casa Decor 2019 opens its doors

Casa Decor, Madrid’s popular interior design event that sees a different building in the capital used each year to showcase trends in the sector, opens its doors on 24 January for its 54th edition.

Following its success in 2018, when it received close to 50,000 visitors, Casa Decor will run for an extra week in 2019, giving more people the chance to check out the various styles on show.

This year’s venue is a 1930s mansion that stands on the corners of Nuñez Balboa and Juan Bravo streets in the Salamanca neighbourhood of Madrid.

As always, it’s a building that isn’t usually open to the general public, which is one of the features that makes this event so popular.

When Casa Decor 2019 has come to an end, the luxury house will be converted into 15 exclusive flats.
